Introduction
THE Club stages two Conformation Championship Speciality Shows and one Conformation Open Show each year. Our Championship show events have had the fortune in recent years to feature many renowned International Siberian Husky breed experts as our guest judges and at times offer breed lectures. The Open Show engages a local aspiring judge with a genuine interest in the breed.
Point Score
POINT Scores are aimed at encouraging members to exhibit their dogs at a wider variety of venues than just at Bulla and KCC Park, thus enabling the public to view our breed and speak to owners and breeders. Shows are chosen to provide exhibitors with the opportunity of competing at shows likely to have a mixture of Local, Interstate and Overseas judges. They are held at various Victorian country locations and Melbourne metropolitan venues.
Recognition & Achievements
MEMBERS’ Siberian Huskies are recognised after gaining an Australian Obedience, Endurance or Conformation title. They are rewarded with a sash at the following Annual General Meeting in recognition of this achievement. Siberian Huskies gaining an Australian Grand Champion, Australian Supreme Champion or Australian Obedience Champion title will likewise receive a plaque in recognition of this.
