ANKC SLEDDING EVENT
The Siberian Husky Club of Victoria is proud to be offering the 4th ANKC Sledding Race to be held in Victoria.
This event allows competitors to work towards achieving their Working Team dog or Working Lead Dog Tiles.
You do not need to be a SHCV member to enter, and all breeds including cross breeds are eligible to compete.

Qualifying event for the ANKC Working Team/Lead Dog titles*

Classes:
1-dog, 2-dog, 3-dog, 4-dog, 6-dog. Juniors to run in 1-dog class. Special Peewee Class.
Judging Times:
Heat 1 commences at 5.00 pm Saturday August 2 weather permitting
Heat 2 commences at 7.00 am Sunday August 3 weather permitting
Eligibility criteria:
Restricted to dogs twelve months of age and over. See Appendix A to Sled Racing in ANKC Sled Sports Rules for breed specific eligibility.
All Drivers must be members of an ANKC member body.
If this is Driver’s first race, they must be entered in 1-dog class. If you have not raced with the club before, proof of race history may be required if entered in any other class.
Weather Policy:
Weather policy is in accordance with the ANKC Sled Sports Rules.
Entry fees:
$30.00 SHCV Members (includes all levies) | $15.00 second class
$40.00 Non-Members (includes all levies) | $20.00 second class
$5.00 Peewees

2.00 -3.00pm Saturday August 2. Driver’s Meeting 3.30pm Saturday August 2.
Bib Numbers:
Will be available for collection prior to the commencement of the event at check in.
