The Social Sledding Season is just about to start.
SHCV Inc. Race 1 will take place at Wellsford State Forest on Saturday 21th May and Sunday 22th May.
– Driver check in will be on Saturday 21th May from 12pm until 2pm sharp!
– Driver’s meeting (Compulsory attendance) @ 4:00pm Saturday
– Race start (temperature permitting) Sat – 5:00pm, Sun – 7:00am
Race entry is only open to SHCV members. If your membership has lapsed or you would like to become a member please sign up here.
- ONLINE ENTRY
- Race entry will close on Monday 16th May @ 12:00pm sharp. This is to allow for processing of payments and completion of bib draw.
- Attendees are asked to arrive between 12:00pm and 2:00pm on Saturday to check in and collect there Bibs

DIRECTIONS
- From Melbourne travel to Bendigo by either the McIvor Hwy or Calder Hwy.
- From the fountain in central Bendigo, travel north on the Midland Hwy.
- After 5.7km, turn right at the Fosterville/Barnadown turnoff. This goes for approx 1/2 km to a T intersection (Vic Roads Map Ref 281 R5).
- At the T intersection, turn right, go over the train and turn immediately left onto Taylor Street. Stay on Taylor Street for 15.1km from the train line.
- Turn right onto Winzar Lane, from there it is approx 2km to the camp site (see map).
- There will be signs directing you to the campsite.
